You don't always have to be strong

You're not weak for opening up

It's okay to not be straight
It's okay to not be interested in or feel ready for sex
It's okay to not want to date anyone or to not have a partner
It's okay to be asexual or aromantic
It's okay to have friends of a different gender
It's okay to be trans/nonbinary
You don't have to be "cool"
It's okay to not be interested in alcohol
You don't need to be muscular to be handsome or hot
You don't need abs to be hot
You are not weak for going on antidepressants
It's okay to need or want help
Your abuse or trauma is valid and not your fault
You are not dirty or broken because you were abused or sexually assulted
